GOODCOOK® TOOL & GADGETS - Limited Lifetime Warranty

What’s Covered: If your tool or gadget has a manufacturing defect under normal, everyday use at home, we’ll provide a one-time replacement with the same product—or, if unavailable, a similar product of equal value—backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

What's Not Covered:

Life happens, and some things are outside of our control. Damage from misuse, accidents, overheating, or not following care instructions isn’t covered. Normal wear and tear—like scratches, stains, or discoloration—also isn’t part of the warranty.

GOODCOOK® FOOD STORAGE - 1 Year Warranty

What's Covered:

Your GoodCook® food storage is built to last and backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If it has a manufacturing defect under normal, everyday use at home within one year of purchase, we’ll make it right. We’ll provide a one-time replacement for the same product—or, if unavailable, a similar product of equal value—just show us your proof of purchase.

What’s Not Covered: Some things are beyond our control. Damage from misuse, accidents, neglect, natural disasters, or not following care instructions isn’t covered. Normal wear and tear—like scratches, stains, discoloration, or warping—also isn't part of the warranty.

GOODCOOK® CUTTING BOARDS - 2 YEAR WARRANTY

What's Covered:

Your GoodCook® cutting board is built to last and backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If it has a manufacturing defect under normal, everyday use at home within two years of purchase, we’ll make it right. We’ll provide a one-time replacement for the same product—or, if unavailable, a similar product of equal value—just show us your proof of purchase.

What’s Not Covered: Life happens, and some things are outside our control. Damage from misuse, accidents, neglect, exposure to extreme temperatures/humidity, natural disasters, or not following care instructions isn’t covered. Normal wear and tear—like scratches, stains, knife marks, blemishes, discoloration, or warping caused by improper care/maintenance—also isn’t part of the warranty. Natural variations in wood grain and color are expected and do not qualify as defects or reasons for return.

GOODCOOK® CUTLERY - 3 Year Warranty

GOODCOOK® Warranty Limitations for ALL product categories:

GoodCook® can’t cover incidental or consequential damages, and any implied warranties (like merchantability or fitness for purpose) last only as long as the warranty is mentioned above, by product category—unless the law says otherwise. Your rights may vary depending on where you live.

Acceptable Proofs of Purchase:

  • Original Receipt – A physical or digital receipt from the retailer.
  • Invoice – Printed or digital (e.g., emailed after online purchase).
  • Packing Slip – May need to pair with an invoice if pricing isn’t shown.
  • Gift Receipt – Lists product and store without showing price.
