Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (or turkey)
  • 1 small onion
  • 2–3 diced cloves garlic
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 8 oz dried spaghetti (broken in half)
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan
  • Chopped parsley for serving

Directions

  1. In the GoodCook Healthy Ceramic All-in-One Pan, heat a drizzle of oil and sauté onion until softened.
  2. Heat a drizzle of oil and sauté onion until softened.
  3. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  4. Add ground beef and break up using the GoodCook Meat Chopper.
  5. Cook until browned and drain excess fat.
  6. Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, broth, herbs, salt, and pepper.
  7. Add spaghetti, pressing gently so strands are submerged.
  8. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, until pasta is al dente and sauce is mostly absorbed (12–15 minutes).
  9. Garnish with Parmesan and parsley, then serve using the GoodCook Turner.
