Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (or turkey)
- 1 small onion
- 2–3 diced cloves garlic
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 2 cups beef broth
- 8 oz dried spaghetti (broken in half)
- 1 tsp dried basil
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan
- Chopped parsley for serving
Directions
- In the GoodCook Healthy Ceramic All-in-One Pan, heat a drizzle of oil and sauté onion until softened.

- Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, until pasta is al dente and sauce is mostly absorbed (12–15 minutes).
