Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and halved
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon
- Fresh parsley and scallions for garnish
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
