Ingredients
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- 3½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1¼ cups milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- Preheat the GoodCook Ceramic Nonstick Square Griddle over medium heat.
- In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, butter, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed—do not over mix.
- Pour ¼ cup batter per pancake onto the griddle.
- Cook until bubbles form on top, flip with the GoodCook Turner, and cook until golden brown.
