can (6 oz) frozen pineapple juice concentrate (or orange juice)
cups heavy whipping cream
With the GoodCook Touch Pineapple slicer, core and slice pineapple, leaving the bottom of each pineapple intact.
Place sliced pineapple in a large food processor. Add pineapple juice concentrate, whipping cream, vanilla, and salt. Puree until very smooth. Transfer to a GoodCook EveryWare container. Cover tightly and freeze for 2-3 hours.
To serve, use an ice cream scoop to place in the hollowed-out pineapple. Add a spoon and a cocktail umbrella, and enjoy!
