  • 8 ripe avocados
  • 4 Roma tomatoes, diced 
  • 1 bunch scallions, very finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, very finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 (1 oz) packet Ranch dry mix
  • Tortilla chips (for serving)
