- 1 box Devils Food cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 24 peppermint kisses, unwrapped
Preheat oven to 350ºF. In a large bowl, stir together cake mix, eggs, butter and vanilla. With a small cookie scoop, scoop dough into rounds. Roll into powdered sugar. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 9 minutes. Remove cookies from oven, immediately press a peppermint kiss into the center of each cookie. Allow to cool completely before serving.
