One Pot Cheesy Taco Pasta


  • 1.5 lbs ground beef
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can fire-roasted diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup fresh, frozen or canned corn
  • 8 oz mini shell pasta
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar
  • 1/2 cup diced green onions


In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown ground beef. Add taco seasoning, tomatoes, corn, pasta, cheddar and beef broth. Cover and cook on stovetop over medium-high heat until boiling, then turn heat to medium and cook 10-12 minutes, until pasta is al dente.
Garnish with green onions, serve and enjoy!
