One Pot Spaghetti with Meat Sauce

Serves 4-6     adjust servings

The whole family will love this hearty and satisfying One Pot Spaghetti With Meat Sauce.


  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 6-8 cloves fresh garlic, finely minced
  • 1 1/2 pounds Italian Sausage or ground beef
  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 cups Bloody Mary mix
  • 1 Tbsp onion salt
  • 3 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 3 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp honey


In a Good Cook 11” Deep Saute pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook just until aromatic, about 1 minute. Add Italian sausage, cook and crumble until browned.
Add spaghetti to the pan. Top with tomato sauce, Bloody Mary mix, onion salt, garlic powder, chili powder, Italian Seasoning and honey. Cover and cook over medium-high heat, stirring every 2-3 minutes, for 12-15 minutes, or until noodles are al dente.
Serve topped with parmesan cheese and fresh chopped parsley or basil, if desired.
