Honey Mustard BLAT Salad


Ingredients
For the Dressing
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Salad
- 1 head romaine lettuce, cleaned and chopped
- 2 grilled chicken breasts, slices
- 1 cup tomatoes
- 3 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 avocado, peeled, pitted and diced
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients.
In two salad bowls, toss together salad ingredients.
Drizzle with dressing, serve and enjoy!
