Cold Brew Raspberry-Peach Iced Tea

All the flavors of summer in one beautiful glass! This simple sweet tea is made with a cold brew method. So you never have to turn your stove on, and can spend the afternoon sipping away an icy, refreshing drink on the front porch!


  • 10 tea bags
  • 8 cups cold water
  • 1/2 cup simple syrup (or peach-flavored simple syrup)
  • 4 peaches, cleaned, pitted and sliced
  • 1 pint raspberries
  • Mint sprigs for garnish


Place tea bags in a pitcher. Top with water. Cover and allow to steep in fridge for at least 4 hours. Stir tea bags at least once during the brewing process. Stir once more, then discard the tea bags.

Stir in simple syrup, mixing well. Add peaches and raspberries. Serve over ice, garnish with mint sprigs, if desired.
