Triple Chocolate Swirl Muffins

- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup chocolate chunks
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 egg
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup chocolate chunks
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a twelve cup muffin tin with paper liners, or grease pan very well. Combine flour, sugar, ¾ cup chocolate chunks, cocoa powder, and baking soda in a bowl. In a separate bowl combine egg, yogurt, milk, and vanilla extract. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix well. Spoon batter into each muffin cup, filling it about half way. Add 1 teaspoon of Nutella to each cup and gently swirl into the batter with a butter knife. Spoon remaining batter into each cup and sprinkle a few chocolate chunks on top of each muffin. Bake for 20 minutes.
