Chicken topped with mango, avocado and sweet basil salsa. Served in a lettuce wrap. This quick, simple recipe makes an ideal light dinner or appetizer. Look in the Asian section of the grocery store for ponzu sauce, it can almost always be found near the soy sauce.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chicken and garlic until cooked through. Toss together avocado, mango, basil and lime juice. Serve hot chicken in lettuce cups, top with basil salsa. Drizzle with ponzu and enjoy.
