Just in time for the last party of the year – you’re going to want to take part in all three of these delicious deviled egg flavors! Whatever you and your party guests are in the mood for, we’ve got you covered! One basic formula, three delicious gourmet-inspired eats: Southwestern Deviled Eggs, Sriracha Deviled Eggs and the all-popular Bacon and Avocado Deviled Eggs. Because – well – bacon. #baconalwayswins
One of my favorite things about this season is parties. Parties all the time please. And by parties, I just mean party food. Let’s be honest, other than the company, that’s the reason we go to parties anyway right?! Gimme. All. The. Food.
When it comes to party food, I think a staple is deviled eggs. I mean you see them all the time, right alongside of the bread rolls and spinach dip. So why not this year, take a step on the wild side and venture to try a new flavor of the all classic dish! Sriracha Deviled Eggs for those brave enough for the spicy side of life; Southwestern Deviled Eggs when you crave all the food south of the border; and for everyone else – Bacon and Avocado Deviled Eggs. Who can say no to bacon anyway?
All three varieties take just minutes to whip up once the eggs are hard boiled, and I can promise you they will take merely minutes to be whisked away from the table and into the mouths of hungry party-goers as well! So tell me, which flavor will be popping up at your next get-together?

Deviled Eggs 3 Ways
Deviled Eggs 3 Ways for all your holiday get-togethers
- 1 dozen large eggs
- 2 avocados, diced
- 1 roma tomato, diced
- ½ tsp cumin
- 2 tsp lime juice
- Kosher salt, to taste
- 1 jalapeno, diced
- ½ yellow bell pepper, diced
- Cilantro, for garnish
Place the eggs in a large saucepan and fill with water until it reaches roughly 1” above eggs. Cover and heat over medium-high heat until it reaches a rolling boil. Turn off heat and set a timer for 20 minutes to allow eggs to continue cooking. After the 20 minutes, remove eggs from saucepan and place in an ice water bath for 5 minutes. Remove one egg at a time and peel the shell off the egg. Place shelled egg in a bowl and discard shell. Repeat with remaining eggs. Cut all eggs down the middle and remove the yolk into a separate bowl. Place the egg white halves rounded side down on a plate. With each variety of deviled eggs, mash egg yolk with a fork and mix remaining ingredients into the egg yolk mixture (EXCEPT FOR THE AVOCADO and BACON DEVILED EGGS: mix in all ingredients except for the avocado and bacon. Once all remaining ingredients are mixed in, spoon mixture into egg halves and top with avocado and bacon). Once all ingredients are mixed in, spoon mixture into egg halves and garnish with parsley, cilantro or bacon and avocado.
