With a Good Cook Pro Meat Tenderizer, pound the thickest part of each chicken thigh until 1/2” thick. Drizzle chicken with half of the honey. Salt and pepper to taste.
Grill on a preheated gas or charcoal grill on both sides, basting with remaining honey, until cooked through.
Transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with chives and cilantro.
