Preparation 5 m Cook Time 20 m Serves 6     adjust servings

Juicy, tender chicken is coated in an irresistibly delicious sweet and sticky sauce and grilled to perfection. Just right for a weeknight dinner!

Ingredients

  • 12 boneless chicken thighs
  • 1 (12 oz) bottle Private Selection™ Cayenne and Garlic Infused Honey
  • Fresh chopped chives
  • Fresh chopped cilantro
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

With a Good Cook Pro Meat Tenderizer, pound the thickest part of each chicken thigh until 1/2” thick. Drizzle chicken with half of the honey. Salt and pepper to taste.
Grill on a preheated gas or charcoal grill on both sides, basting with remaining honey, until cooked through.
Transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with chives and cilantro.
