The best steak you’ve ever made! Whip up a batch of our bacon bleu cheese butter, then grill or pan-fry steak and top with the flavored butter. Mind-blowingly simple & so delicious.
In a large bowl, mix together butter, bleu cheese, garlic, bacon bits and parsley. Set aside.
Pat steak dry with a clean paper towel, salt and pepper to taste.
Grill or pan-fry in a GoodCook Cast Iron pan, to desired doneness. When flipping steak to the second side, top with butter. Serve and enjoy!
