An easy way to add flavor! Simply pop a Sriracha Curry Herbed Butter cube on your food and let it melt for bold Asian flavor.

- 4 sticks butter
- 1 Tbsp curry powder
- 3 Tbsp Sriracha
- 1/4 cup fresh-chopped cilantro
In a microwave, heat butter just until it begins to melt. Stir in curry powder, Sriracha and cilantro. Spoon into a GoodCook ice cube tray. Freeze until firm.
- Steam sliced carrots in a skillet with a small amount of water. Once tender, drain water and toss 1-2 butter cubes into skillet. Cook until caramelized.
