Apple-Cheddar Turkey Wraps

Quick and simple, make a low-carb lunchbox that kids and grownups will look forward to eating. This simple idea is a keeper, and the GoodCook Square Meals set keeps it all fresg until you're ready to enjoy!


  • 3 slices deli turkey
  • 3 slices cheddar or jack cheese
  • 1/2 apple, wedged then sliced
  • berries, crispy chickpeas, snappea crisps or other (for filling your bento)


Wedge apple with a GoodCook Apple Wedger. Slice thin with a GoodCook paring knife.  (If desired, drizzle with lemon juice to keep from browning).

Slice turkey and cheese in half. 

Lay one piece of halved turkey on a clean workspace. Top with cheddar, then with an apple slice. Wrap turkey up and around the apple. Press to secure, or gently skewer with a toothpick to keep the wrap in place.
