Quick prep kabobs, perfect for summer grilling. Made with kielbasa, hasselbacked mini potatoes and a delicious maple-beer glaze.
Heat grill to medium-high heat. Slice halfway through each potato several times to create the “hasselback” look. Using the Good Cook Skewer Maker to guide the layering, alternate potatoes and kielbasa in the maker, skewer. Repeat until 4 skewers have been made. Whisk together maple syrup, beer and salt. Drizzle half of mixture over skewers. Grill skewers, basting with beer sauce until golden brown and piping hot. Garnish with pepper and parsley. Serve with grainy mustard for dipping, if desired.
