Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray a Good Cook 9×13″ AirPerfect Baking Sheet with nonstick coconut oil spray. In a large bowl, stir together brownie mix, butter, red wine, flour and egg. Mix until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips. Spread into prepared baking sheet. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or just until the center springs back when touched lightly. Remove and cool completely before icing. For the frosting: whisk together powdered sugar, cocoa powder, butter and red wine. Spread onto cookies bars. Gently stir together fruit and cherries. Drizzle over cookie bars. Cut into bars before serving.
