Toss apples and pears with lemon juice. Place all fruit in a large bowl, reserve half of berries for topping. Drizzle with 2/3 cup liquor or ginger syrup. Toss gently to combine. Spoon into small plastic cups.
Whisk 2 Tbsp liquor or vanilla syrup and whipped cream. Place a dollop of whipped cream atop each fruit cup. Garnish with a few berries and a mint sprig.
