Pumpkin Butterscotch Brulee Bars

Pumpkin spice and everything nice! These easy dessert bars are reminiscent of creme brulee...but they make a whole batch. Perfect for sharing.


  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 12 oz butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 2/3 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 eggs


Heat oven to 350ºF. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt together butter and butterscotch chips. Stir until smooth. Stir in pumpkin, spice, sugar, flour, salt and eggs. Pour in a greased 9 X 13 inch baking dish and bake for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with pecans and toffee bits. Return to oven and bake 10 minutes more. Allow to cool and set for at least 1 hour before slicing into bars. Serve and enjoy!
