Papaya Avocado Smoothie Bowl
Enjoy the fresh flavors of summer fruit with this simple smoothie. Top with your favorite berries, nuts and coconut for a no-guilt snack that is ready to enjoy in 15 minutes or less!
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 ripe papaya
- 3/4 cup frozen banana slices
- 3/4 cup frozen sliced pineapple
- 2 Tbsp honey (optional)
- 1 teaspoon clear vanilla or coconut extract
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- Mixed fresh berries
- Sliced almonds
- Chia seed (optional)
With the PROfreshionals Avocado Slicer, pit, dice and scoop the avocado fruit from the peel. Place in a blender. Slice papaya in half lengthwise, use the avocado tool to remove the seeds, then hollow out the center of the papaya, leaving just a small amount of fruit in the skin. Add scooped out papaya to blender. Add banana, pineapple, honey, vanilla and coconut milk to blender. Blend until smooth. Scoop smoothie into the hollowed out papaya halves. Top with berries, almonds and chia. Serve immediately and enjoy!
