Whether cooling your kids on a hot day or serving for birthday party eats, this no-churn unicorn birthday cake ice cream is ready to please. No need for an ice cream maker – simply whip up and freeze overnight for a sweet, cool treat!
In a stand mixer or large bowl, beat whipping cream until soft peaks form. Whisk in sweetened condensed milk. Pour half of mixture into a second large bowl. Tint one bowl pink and one blue. Pour 1/2 of the blue mixture into a Good Cook reusable food storage container. Pour half of the pink mixture on top, then crumble a sugar cookie on top. Repeat with second half of the cream mixtures and second sugar cookie. Sprinkle with star sprinkles. Cover and freeze overnight, until firm.
