STEP 1: Bake the Cookies

On a lightly floured surface, roll sugar cookie dough to ¼” thick. Cut with into 24 cookies with the medium sized Sweet Creations square cutter. Bake for 7-9 minutes, or just until cookies have set. Remove and cool completely.

Remove Neapolitan ice cream from the freezer. Without removing ice cream from the container, cut the container into 1 ½” slices with a large, serrated knife. Return to freezer immediately and allow to firm. Repeat until 12 ice-cream squares have been cut.
