cups mixed fruit (mandarin orange slices, pineapple, kiwi, raspberries or strawberries)
In a blender, puree bananas, eggs and almond butter until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat, spray with nonstick spray. Cook pancakes on both sides until golden brown. Transfer to snack meal prep container. If desired, drizzle with extra melted almond butter and garnish with mini chocolate chips. Place fruit in second section.
