Microwave Orange Maple Zoats

Serves 1

A delicious, flavorful way to start your morning. Sneak in your veggies first thing with this tasty and nutritious take on oatmeal. 

  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 cup shredded zucchini
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ginger
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 T maple syrup
  • 2 T fresh orange juice
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 2 T pomegranate seeds (optional)
  • 1 T raw pumpkin seeds (optional)

Put oats, zucchini, cinnamon, ginger, and almond milk into GoodCook Microwave Cereal Cooker Bowl. Cook on high for 2 ½ – 3 minutes. Remove from microwave, and stir in syrup, orange juice, and zest. Top with pomegranate, and pumpkin seeds.
