Creator of Hip Foodie Mom, Alice Choi is a former
advertising-executive-turned-top-mommy blogger. With her husband as the
photographer and inspiration from her two daughters, Choi shares their experiences
living in Wisconsin, including healthy, family-friendly recipes that are always fresh,
seasonal and easy to make.
Billy Parisi is a classically trained chef with over 15 years in the
restaurant industry. In 2017, he ranked 56th among all male influencers online. A
Chicago native, Chef Parisi has adapted his cooking style from super elegant and fine
dining to a concentrated effort around the home cook enthusiast.
Gemma Stafford is professionally-trained chef from Wexford, Ireland. She is known for her cooking show “Bigger Bolder Baking“, with boldly baked out-of-the-box recipes. Her best known recipes are her no-machine ice cream and mug recipes. She currently lives in Santa Monica, California with her husband Kevin Kurtz and their dog Waffles.
Elizabeth started The College Housewife, as a creative
outlet for herself and as a way of showing people in their 20s that entertaining can be
fun. Elizabeth enjoys sharing inspirational ways to entertain, no matter your age,
location or skill level in the kitchen — from margaritas and nachos with friends to
hosting family over for dinner. She encourages her readers to step away from electronic
devices and instead spend a few hours a week with good company and good food.
