Makes It's Own Crust Creme Brulee Pie

Amazingly custardy creme brulee the easy way! No blow torch needed for this simple recipe!


  • 6 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups half and half
  • 1Tbsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • fresh berries for garnish, if desired


Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray a Good Cook 9" Pie Pan with nonstick baking spray. Place eggs, 3/4 cup sugar, half and half, vanilla and flour into a blender or mix by hand. Blend until well mixed. Pour into prepared pie pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until pie is set. Remove and cool. As the pie cools, the crust will form. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Garnish with berries.
