How to Make Homemade Ranch Mix

In a large jar or GoodCook Mixing Bowl, combine the dried parsley, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, onion flakes, pepper, chives, sea salt and buttermilk powder. When ready to make the dressing, combine 3 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix, 1 cup mayo and 1 cup milk. Whisk well to combine.

Recipe Tips

  • Can’t find buttermilk powder? Combine the dry ingredients without the buttermilk powder. When ready to make dressing, add 1 cup mayo, ½ cup milk and ½ cup fresh buttermilk. Stir in 3 Tablespoons of the dry ranch mix.
  • If a recipe calls for a packet of ranch mix, use 3 tablespoons of homemade ranch mix instead.

How to store homemade ranch mix

Store the homemade ranch mix in an air-tight container in a cool, dry location (or in the fridge) for 9 to 12 months.
