With this yummy Neopolitan cake, you’ll have a chocolate-strawberry-and-vanilla, home-baked cake coming out of the oven in no time at all!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a Good Cook 8x8” baking pan with nonstick baking spray. In a large bowl or stand mixer, combine all ingredients together until a thick batter forms. For the Strawberry Layer: Transfer ½ cup + 2 tablespoons of the batter to one medium bowl. Add 2 tablespoons strawberry jell-o powder, 2 tablespoons flour and ¼ cup whole milk to this bowl. Whisk until smooth. For the Chocolate Layer: Transfer ½ cup batter to a second medium bowl. Add ¼ cup + 3 tablespoons milk, 3 tablespoons dark chocolate instant pudding powder, and 1 tablespoon cocoa powder to the bowl. Whisk until smooth. For the Vanilla Layer: To the batter remaining in the original bowl, add 3 tablespoons vanilla pudding mix, and ¼ cup +1 tablespoon of whole milk. Whisk until smooth.
