In this recipe, shrimp is marinated in a zesty orange sauce, then threaded onto skewers and tossed on top of the grill until perfectly pink and infused with flavor. Serve with sticky rice, and you’ve got yourself a meal in minutes!

Spicy Ginger Orange Shrimp Skewers
If you like Orange Chicken, this spicy take on Shrimp will become a new favorite. Serve with white rice. Enjoy!
- 24 large Shrimp, uncooked and peeled
- 3 tbsp Orange juice
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Brown sugar
- 1" piece of Fresh ginger, grated
- 1 Clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 Jalapeno, finely chopped
- 4 cups Sticky rice, cooked
- 4 Tbsp Chili-garlic dipping sauce (if desired)
Place shrimp in a large bowl. Whisk together orange juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, and jalapeno. Drizzle over shrimp. Allow to marinate for 15 minutes. Thread shrimp onto Good Cook metal skewers. Cook on a grill heated to medium heat. Cook just until pink! Serve with chili garlic dipping sauce, if desired.
