Gluten-Free-Bars_PostProduct: Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Stuffed Krispy Bars

What happens when you take traditional krispy bars, turn them gluten-free, then stuff them to the max with a creamy layer of peanut butter? You get this recipe that is so good, you might not want to share!

Makes 20-24 bars For the Peanut-Butter Layer:
1 stick butter
1 cup peanut butter
1 pound gluten-free powdered sugar
3-4 tablespoons milk

For the Krispy Bars:
1 stick butter
1 (16 ounce) package mini marshmallows
1 (12 ounce) box gluten-free krispy rice cereal

For the Chocolate Layer:
12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup candy coated, chocolate-peanut butter candies

In a large bowl, prepare the Peanut Butter layer by beating together the butter, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and milk, until smooth. Set aside.

In a large, Good Cook pot, prepare the Krispy Bar layer by melting the butter over medium heat. Add the mini marshmallows and stir until melted. Stir in the krispy rice cereal until well coated with the marshmallows. Spread half of this mixture into a 10×13″ Good Cook bar pan. Spread the peanut butter layer on top, then add the rest of the krispy rice layer over the peanut butter layer.

In a small, microwave-safe bowl, melt the chococlate chips and butter together. Stir until smooth. Spread over the top of the krispy rice bars. Press the candy into the top of the chocolate layer. Allow to cool completely before slicing and serving.
