Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Stuffed Krispy Bars

Upgrade classic krispy bars with an irresistible layer of creamy peanut butter.


  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 pound gluten-free powdered sugar
  • 3-4 Tbsp milk


In a large bowl, prepare the Peanut Butter layer by beating together the butter, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and milk, until smooth. Set aside. In a large, Good Cook pot, prepare the Krispy Bar layer by melting the butter over medium heat. Add the mini marshmallows and stir until melted. Stir in the krispy rice cereal until well coated with the marshmallows. Spread half of this mixture into a 10x13" Good Cook bar pan. Spread the peanut butter layer on top, then add the rest of the krispy rice layer over the peanut butter layer. In a small, microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and butter together. Stir until smooth. Spread over the top of the krispy rice bars. Press the candy into the top of the chocolate layer. Allow to cool completely before slicing and serving.
