A clever and inviting way to serve fruit, these fruit flower skewers will brighten up the breakfast table. Honeydew, watermelon, cantaloupe – any ripe melon will work, or add in some pineapple for a tropical vibe. It’s easy to assemble a bunch of fruit flower skewers. Wash and dry your fruit, then start cutting on a GoodCook Cutting Board. Melon Flower Skewers
- 1 mini watermelon
- 1 honeydew melon
- 1/4 cup red grapes
- 1/4 cup green grapes
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- Flower Cookie Cutter
- Metal icing tip
Slice watermelon and honeydew into 3/4” slices. Cut with flower cookie cutter. Use the back side of the icing tip to cut a small hole in the center of each melon slice.
Press a red grape inside each green honeydew flower slice. Press green grapes inside the watermelon flower slices. Push a skewer through the bottom of each flower, skewering the grapes in the center. Arrange melon flowers in a small vase or cup. Garnish with mint leaves.
