Firecracker Shrimp

Quick and simple, this easy app is perfect for everything from casual dinners to cocktail parties. For dipping, we recommend purchasing a prepared Sweet Chili Sauce, which can be readily found in the Asian section of most grocery stores.



Cut a 3-4 small slits down the inside of the shrimp, gently press them flat with the blade of a knife. Roll each shrimp tightly in a wonton triangle. If needed, wet your fingers slightly with a small bit of water to secure the wrap at the end. Heat oil in a wok over medium. Fry shrimp until golden, about 1-2 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate with a Good Cook Asian Spider Strainer. Serve with chili dipping sauce. Enjoy!
