A quick and simple cheese plate, made festive for the holiday season.
Line a Good Cook 14"x15" cookie sheet with a piece of parchment paper cut into a triangle shape. Arrange pepper jack cheese cubes across the bottom of the parchment paper, then salami cubes, then cheddar, etc, using the parchment paper to guide the edges for each row. Arrange rosemary sprigs between each layer of cheese and meat. Top with cherries to create "ornaments". Cover with plastic wrap until ready to serve.
