If you love Sweet Potato Pie, prepare your forks! This deep dish version is everything you already crave, made bigger and better!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a stand mixer, beat together yams, butter, sugars, orange juice, zest, eggs, spice, vanilla and maple extract. Mix until smooth. Spray a Good Cook 9" Ceramic Pan with nonstick. Line with pie crust. Pour sweet potato mixture into pie crust. Bake for 75-90 minutes, until the pie is set in the center and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool before slicing. Top with whipped cream, drizzle with maple syrup and garnish with toasted marshmallows.
