- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 cup almond flour
- 3/4 cup hemp seed hearts
- 3/4 cup shredded coconut
- 2/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 cup dried blueberries
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Mix everything together in a big bowl. 3. Spoon giant scoops onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. 4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or just until the bottom of the cookies is golden 5. Cool. Remove from pan. 6. Eat. Enjoy with coffee early in the morn.
