Blended Avocado Margarita
Creamy, dreamy and full of tequila! This blended avocado margarita makes it fun to hit 5 o’clock!
- 1 teaspoon margarita salt
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 lime wedges
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/4 cup tequila
- 1/4 cup triple sec
- 1/2 avocado, pitted and peeled
- 3/4 cup ice
- 2 lime slices
Rim 2 margarita glasses with salt, chili powder and a wedge of lime. Set aside.
In a blender, combine lime juice, tequila, triple sec, avocado and ice. Blend until puree’ed. Pour into prepared glasses. Serve and enjoy!
