Sweet and simple, this berry pie tastes just like it came from the County Fair or Grandma’s
Kitchen. A classic dessert, store-bought crust makes quick work of this delicious pie.
Heat oven to 400ºF. Unroll two pie dough rounds. Place in two Sweet Creations 5” Pie Pans. Gently press into the bottom and drape over the edges. Use a knife to cut extra crust from the outer edge of the dish. Place strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and raspberries in a large bowl. Sprinkle with cornstarch, sugar and lemon juice. Gently fold mixture together until combined. Spoon into prepared pie pans. Unroll third pie crust. Using the Sweet Creations Crust Cut & Stamp Tool, roll 16 ½” thick scalloped strips. Drape 8 strips over each pie, weaving into a latticed top. Cut extra dough with a sharp knife, crimp edges of the pie. Gently cover the edges of each pie with Sweet Creations 5” Pie Crust Shields. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until filling is bubbling and crust is golden brown. Cool pies to room temperature before serving.
