How to Make Perfect Triple Berry Lattice Pies

This recipe makes two 5” pies. Preheat your oven to 400ºF and gather your ingredients for these yummy mini treats:

3 rolls refrigerated pie dough rounds
¾ cup diced strawberries
¾ cup fresh blueberries
¾ cups blackberries
¾ cup raspberries
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/3 cup sugar
juice ½ lemon

Step 1

Unroll two pie dough rounds. Place in two Sweet Creations 5” Pie Pans. Gently press into the bottom and drape over the edges. Use a knife to cut extra crust from the outer edge of the dish.

Step 2

Place strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and raspberries in a large bowl. Sprinkle with cornstarch, sugar and lemon juice. Gently fold mixture together until combined. Spoon into prepared pie pans.
