Eggs Baked in Bread Bowls

Turn breakfast into something truly special with this easy idea for baked eggs. Even the bowl is edible!

Ingredients

  • 8 large dinner rolls
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of cream
  • freshly grated parmesan

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Slice off the top of each dinner roll. Scoop out the inside of the roll to form a bowl. Fill each bowl with one egg, a little cream, some fresh herbs, salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle some freshly grated parmesan on top and bake for 20-25 minutes until eggs are set and bread is toasted.
