Apple Crumble Pie Bars

  • Nonstick baking spray
  • 1 round pie crust dough
  • 4 apples, wedged, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 6 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla


Spray a Good Cook 9x9” OvenFresh Baking Pan with nonstick spray, line with pie crust dough, fold the edges of the dough down to create a even border.
In a large bowl, stir together apples, butter, cinnamon, flour, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into prepared pie crust.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour and brown sugar, add butter and vanilla, working mixture together until crumbled. Sprinkle atop apple mixture.
Bake 350°F for 60-70mins, or until golden brown. Allow to cool before slicing into bars.
