Our apple crumb pie bars are loaded with a tasty homemade cinnamon apple filling, all tucked between a layer of flaky pie crust and a buttery crumb topping. Sliced into bars, these baked goodies are pure perfection in every bite.
Slice ‘em big to share with family or cut into smaller squares to feed a crowd. Either way, these delicious bars won’t last long. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra special treat!

Apple Crumble Pie Bars

- Nonstick baking spray
- 1 round pie crust dough
- 4 apples, wedged, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 6 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
Spray a Good Cook 9×9” OvenFresh Baking Pan with nonstick spray, line with pie crust dough, fold the edges of the dough down to create a even border.
In a large bowl, stir together apples, butter, cinnamon, flour, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into prepared pie crust.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour and brown sugar, add butter and vanilla, working mixture together until crumbled. Sprinkle atop apple mixture.
Bake 350°F for 60-70mins, or until golden brown. Allow to cool before slicing into bars.
