Go gourmet with your grilled cheese! Brie, prosciutto, caramelized onions and basil make an incredible combo in this simple sandwich.
In a large skillet, heat onion slices, honey and 2 Tbsp butter together over medium heat. Cook, stirring often, until onions are soft and light golden. Remove from heat. Butter one side of each slice of sourdough. On two of the non-buttered sides, layer apples, brie, prosciutto, basil and caramelized onions. Top with second slide of bread (buttered side out). Cook on a Good Cook grill pan until both sides are golden and the cheese is melted. Enjoy immediately!
