- 2 Tbsp red onion, chopped
- 1 small apple, peeled and grated
- 1 teaspoons onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoons paprika
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce + more for serving
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- salt and pepper to taste

Add the meat to the bowl and gently incorporate it with your hands.
Bake at 350°F 30 minutes then remove from the oven then add the BBQ sauce to the top.
Bake at 350°F another 10-15 minutes until the meatloaf has set.
Remove from the oven and let the meatloaf sit in the pan 10 minutes before removing and slicing.
