Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a GoodCook muffin tin with nonstick baking spray.
Open biscuits, separate, and press each one into a 1/4” flat, large round.
Place melted butter in a medium bowl. Mix together sugar and cinnamon.
Dip marshmallows in butter, roll in cinnamon.
Place a marshmallow in the center of each biscuit. Wrap biscuit around marshmallow, secure the seams, so the marshmallow is well enclosed in dough.
Roll biscuit in butter, coat in cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Place in muffin tin. Once each biscuit is complete, bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from oven, cool for 2-3 minutes before enjoying. Serve warm.
