5 Ingredient Baked Spaghetti Ramen

If you think spaghetti and meatballs is too labor intensive for a weeknight dinner, think again! This made over, easy 5 Ingredient One Pot Spaghetti Ramen takes just a few minutes to prepare.


  • 3 packages ramen noodles
  • 24 frozen Italian-style meatballs
  • 1 (24 oz) jar of spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup pre-shredded 5-Cheese Italian blend
  • Optional Garnish: 3 Tbsp thinly sliced fresh basil


Discard the seasoning packets that come with the ramen. Bring a pot of water to boil. Add the noodles and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and drain. Place the cooked noodles in a 9" deep dish pie plate. In the previously used pot, add meatballs, sauce and broth. Bring to simmer over medium heat, cook until meatballs are warmed through. Pour sauce and meatballs on top of the prepared noodles, stirring gently to combine. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees F for 10-15 minutes, or until dish is heated through and cheese is melted and bubbly. Garnish with basil. Serve immediately.
